Ski resort taxi
Skis, boots, bags: the van swallows a whole family's kit and drops you at the door of the residence, not at a coach station twenty kilometres away. Chains and winter tyres from November to March.
A taxi to a ski resort drops you at the door of your chalet or apartment, not at a coach station down in the valley. The van carries skis, boots and luggage for seven people in a single run, and winter tyres are fitted from November to March. Expect from €1,500 for the Northern Alps out of Paris, all in, mountain tolls included.
How it works
The van leaves loaded in the morning or the previous evening, depending on when your rental opens. Skis travel inside, flat, never on a roof rack exposed to road salt. From November to March the vehicle is equipped for mountain roads and the driver knows the last few kilometres — the ones where a badly cleared pass costs you an hour. Drop-off is in front of the residence or chalet, including when the street is steep and covered in snow.
What is included, what is not
The fare covers motorway and tunnel tolls along the route, fuel and the driver. Lift passes, obviously, are not part of it. Be aware that the last six kilometres of a resort road can take as long as the previous hundred on a Saturday in school holidays: we build that into the quoted duration rather than promise an arrival time we cannot hold.

How is the price of this service calculated?
From the real road distance between the pick-up address and the destination address, not from a per-city grid. The calculator above gives you the amount in seconds, tolls and fuel included. The price is for the whole vehicle: it does not change whether one or four of you travel in a sedan.
How far in advance should I book?
The day before is enough in most cases, and we also take same-day requests when a car is free. For a departure between 2 and 5 a.m., book 24 hours ahead if you can: the driver is then in position at the exact time. You receive a written confirmation with the price, the driver's name and the vehicle's registration.
Can the price change between booking and the journey?
No. The amount confirmed in writing before departure is what you pay on arrival. A traffic jam, a diversion forced by the road or an extra break does not change it. Only a change you request — a stop along the way, a different destination address, an extended wait — leads to a new quote, stated before it is applied.
What changes with a long-distance taxi
Price agreed before departure
The amount is locked in when you book. No running meter, no surprise extras on arrival.
Door to door, no connections
We pick you up where you are and drop you at the exact address. No station, no check-in, no waiting.
One driver, the whole way
The driver who greets you is the one who takes you all the way, whatever the distance.
Available 24/7, all year
Night, Sunday or bank-holiday departures: the quoted price stays the price.
